The staff were polite, and they assured me that my payment would be refunded after my uncomfortable experience, but I'm still waiting for that to process.

I appreciated the friendly staff, despite their evident busyness. The room, however, was quite warm upon arrival and air conditioning was lacking. Tips , ensure the aircon works before settling in and ask the staff for cleaning supplies if needed.
